Effective August 18, 2026. By using PPC Vitals you agree to these terms. You must have authority to analyse each Google Ads account you connect.

Service and recommendations

PPC Vitals provides informational analysis, not guaranteed advertising results. Review recommendations before changing an account. The current version exports approved negatives but does not automatically modify Google Ads.

Subscriptions

Pro renews monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Fees are charged through our payment provider. Access may be limited when payment fails or a subscription ends.

Acceptable use and liability

Do not abuse the service, probe other users' data, or upload unlawful material. The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPC Vitals is not liable for indirect losses or advertising decisions made from its analysis.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
