Effective August 18, 2026. PPC Vitals stores account details, client business context, Google Ads performance data and billing status to provide the service. We do not intentionally collect your customers' personal information.

How data is used

Data is used to calculate budget pacing, identify search-term opportunities, detect performance changes, secure accounts and process subscriptions. Limited business and advertising context may be sent to DeepSeek for analysis; API keys and ingestion tokens are never sent.

Sharing and retention

We use infrastructure, AI and payment providers only to operate PPC Vitals. We do not sell personal data. Data is retained while your account is active and may be deleted on request, subject to legal obligations.

Security and contact

We use reasonable launch-grade safeguards including access controls and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure.
